AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Police are investigating a shooting in the city of Amsterdam. The shooting took place around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday on James Street.
Police said a man was taken to Albany Medical Center in serious condition.
Residents can expect a police presence on James Street through the night. The investigation is ongoing.
