Littler crashes OUT of World Grand Prix Darts in thrilling tie v Cross
LUKE LITTLER has CRASHED OUT of the World Grand Prix after losing to Rob Cross in the first round.
The 17-year-old wasn’t the first to two sets on the opening night in Leicester.
Cross found his mogo early and went 1-0 up after Littler missed a flurry of trebles.
But Littler began to settle after early nerves as he hit four 180s.
Littler was forced into a quick reaction and HAD to win the second set.
Not his usual robust self, Littler often took all three darts to finish his doubles.
Luke Humphries celebrated his maiden TV ranking title with victory over Gerwyn Price in last year’s tournament
