Digicomm 360 has won the 2024 Technical Excellence Award from industry giants NFON.
The German-based company provides integrated cloud business communications and is active in 15 European countries with its own subsidiaries and a partner network.
Digicomm 360 came into existence 10 years ago with its team of six led by Managing Director Mark Pollitt. They moved into the Queensbrook Technology Park on Spa Road almost three years ago.
Since it first began, the company has quietly won a clutch of impressive contracts including Bolton Arena, RADCaT and Bolton Together.
Customers including Bolton Deaf Society and Manchester Deaf Society, AGE UK in Manchester and Bolton FM have awarded business to Digicomm.
They have also worked with a host of local charities and voluntary organisations, helping to support the Bolton community.
Mark Pollitt was on an NFON-organised team-building day in Warwickshire for dozens of companies when NFON held its annual awards.
Digicomm 360 was given one of only a handful of awards by NFON UK Managing Director Myles Leach who cited the Bolton company’s “exceptional commitment and technical expertise.”
He stated: “Digicomm has built a remarkable team and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the NFON product suite, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality service to their customers.”
Mr Leach stated that one of the standout aspects of Digicomms’ approach was “their hand-son, proactive nature. They resolve support issues internally, ensuring swift and effective solutions for their clients.”
