Urgent appeal from police to find missing Phillip Brown – can you help

Phillip Brown may be in the Newport area of Middlesbrough and was last seen at 12.30pm near Ladbrooks on Parliament Road.

Police have described Phillip as a white male, with dark hair and wearing a black hooded jacket with a grey band across the front, dark trousers, white socks, and black trainers.
