WHITEHALL, N.Y. (NEWS10)– The Whitehall Department of Public Works issued a water restriction notice on Sunday afternoon, asking residents to conserve water. Officials said the village residents should reduce water usage wherever possible.
DPW officials said the restriction is due to continued drought conditions, causing a decline in groundwater table levels. Stay with NEWS10 as more information becomes available.
